Philosophy
At The Academy of Eastern Arizona it is our goal to give your teen daughter the tools necessary for success in life, to serve those in need and to serve in her community. Just as no two people are a like, no two person's challenges are alike.
* Upon enrollment each teen girl is evaluated to assess her physical, emotional, mental, and social attributes.
* We strive to reintegrate the student back into their homes, schools, and communities as a positive asset.
Through a holistic approach to modify behavior patterns, your daughter can once again learn to live happily and make healthy choices. She will be able to build on the opportunity she has at The Academy of Eastern Arizona to become successful, healthy, and happy.
Our goal of Academy of Eastern Arizona is to assist your teen daughter in building a firm foundation for academic, social, vocational, and physical activity.

The Adolescent girl Years can be very difficult and trying for both troubled teen and parents alike. Often these years are filled with uncertainty and a lack of direction, leaving the adolescent in a state of confusion and the parents adrift in a sea of hopelessness. Living each day becomes a trial, and family life becomes an endless crisis. Both the teen girl and the parents begin to wonder if life will ever get better.
At the Academy of Eastern Arizona, located in beautiful Arizona our program is designed to ensure both the adolescent and the parent that life CAN and WILL get better through aggressive quality treatment. We are a Therapeutic Boarding School with Equine Horsemanship, and with the primary objective of helping troubled teen girls gain the skills and courage that it takes to make the changes in their lives that will guarantee a brighter day and a successfull future.
About Us
Academy of Eastern Arizona is a Therapeutic Boarding School with Equine Therapy Located in beautiful Arizona, for troubled and struggling teen girls between the ages of 12 and 17 who are experiencing problems within their homes, schools, or society, as well as teen girls experiencing difficulties with emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse issues. Academy of Eastern Arizona maintains a staff of fully trained and licensed professionals to meet the educational and therapeutic needs of each resident. Staff ratio is one staff per six residents. The Academy of Eastern Arizona provides supervision 24 hours per day; 7 days per week. The facility is locked and doors are alarmed at all times to ensure safety. We provide a safe, secure, and structured environment with 24 hr care and supervision. The windows and doors are locked and alarmed and residents are not allowed out of the facility without staff.
